Notes on the data — how verdicts map to statuses
  1. #64 does not exist — the numbering jumps #63 → #65; the number is not reused silently.
  2. #17 Voicebox: ADOPT verdict but BENCHED status — audio.cpp (#26) is the production clone route (≈100× Voicebox's Chinese speed; Voicebox was judged not production-fit for long-form).
  3. #20 SoulX-Singer: verdict wording “Adopt-worthy” normalized to ADOPT; BENCHED — nothing piloted yet, boss approval pending.
  4. #27 MiniMax H3: PARK verdict but ARCHIVED status — licence-blocked items sit in ARCHIVED; revisit conditions are in its note.
  5. #43 Kling AI — Avatar 2.0: ADOPT verdict but BENCHED status — designated primary intro route, blocked on credits, awaiting the boss's route ruling.
  6. Awareness-only entries split by evidence: ARCHIVED where the entry closes the question (#6, #12, #15, #16, #29); BENCHED where a live future use remains (#22, #30, #61, #67).
  7. #55 HitPaw VikPea carries a split verdict — the tool is PARK, its method (generate low, upscale only the keeper) is ADOPT; the note records the adopted method.
  8. #21 Grok Bot has two wordings on record — “awareness only — park” plus a boss-directed trial plan (2026-11-05); both are carried. It is a different thing from the roster's Grok panel member.
  9. #67 is a roll-call completeness record, not a single tool; its sub-verdicts are summarized in its note.
  10. Roster mapping: production-verified → ACTIVE (Doubao is the only bench member there); drill/probe-verified only → BENCHED; parked / on hold → PARKED; not yet usable → BLOCKED (WorkBuddy). Doubao stays ACTIVE on production evidence despite the 2026-11-06 drill FAIL, which is flagged in its note.
  11. Dates for #1–#16 come from the source file's research-pass header (2026-11-04); #17–#19 are stamped 2026-11-04, #20–#26 2026-11-05, #27–#68 2026-11-06, and drafts #69–#73 were drafted 2026-11-06.
  12. Prices are copied only where an entry states them, in the entry's own terms; “—” means the source states no price, not that the tool is free.
